We’ve begun work converting Station House, an empty 1970s office block above Bracknell railway station, into 108 flats for property investor and developer Westrock.
The plans add three storeys to the existing eight-storey building, providing a mix of one-, two- and three-bed flats. The ground floor remains part of the railway station while the top floor is transformed into a roof garden, providing recreation space for residents.
The project will complete in early 2016.
