Station House

Project Nearing Completion

5 March 2016

The conversion of Station House, an empty 1970s office block above Bracknell railway station, into 108 apartments for property investor and developer Westrock is nearing completion.

The plans add three storeys to the existing eight-storey building, providing a mix of one-, two- and three-bed apartments. The ground floor remains part of the railway station while the top floor is transformed into a roof garden, providing recreation space for residents.

The show apartment is almost ready for viewings.
