Our plans for the redevelopment of an industrial site in North London have been given the green light.
The mixed-use scheme features 1000m2 of class B1 floor space at ground level with residential units above. The residential element sits on a communal landscape podium level and is made up of a mix of 1- and 2-bed apartments as well as 3-bed duplex houses.
The design uses materials that reference both the old industrial buildings and the new warehouses, including exposed metal cladding and brick.
