Stamford Road

We are pleased to confirm that our Stamford Road project has completed. This new mixed-use scheme redevelops an industrial site in North London to provide much-needed housing while supporting the regeneration of the local area.

The development features 1000m2 of class B1 floor space at ground level with residential units above. The residential element sits on a communal landscape podium level and is made up a mix of 1 and 2-bed apartments as well as 3-bed duplex houses.

The design uses materials that reference both the old industrial buildings and the new warehouses, including exposed metal cladding and brick.
