Olly Wood and Emily Pallot made Directors

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Oliver Wood and Emily Pallot to the position of Director. Both Olly and Emily have been instrumental to Ayre Chamberlain Gaunt’s success over the last 10 years and more recently, they have taken on key leadership roles within our two studios.
Emily leads the London studio, heading up a 12-strong team delivering large-scale mixed-use schemes in London and the South East. She is a member of the BCO NextGen committee and was selected for a recent RIBAJ Rising Stars campaign.

Olly has been with the practice for 10 years and has led a wide range of complex, high value and award-winning projects. These include Alpine Place, a mixed-use project in Brent which won ‘Best Residential Project London’ at the 2016 RICS Awards, and The Point, a community centre in Hampshire which received RIBA and Civic Trust Awards.
