We are particularly adept at realising opportunities for development in town and city centre sites.

We have created options and developed designs for both rural and urban schemes that support and encourage the future regeneration and reinvigoration of areas and communities.

Our work includes the Queensway Masterplan in Southampton that regenerates the Fruit & Vegetable Market Quarter area through a series of interlinking new developments with a carefully considered public realm and a landscape-led masterplan for a residential-led scheme on the outskirts of Liphook.
