The Quay

We’ve developed concept designs for a high-profile mixed-use scheme overlooking Poole Harbour.

The Quay is made up of four towers of apartments with a hotel to the rear of the 1.12 ha site. The towers have been arranged to take advantage of the spectacular views of the harbour and out to Brownsea Island.

Public spaces are dotted across the scheme with waterfront cafes and bars attracting residents and visitors alike.

The roofscapes echo the site’s industrial past while a palette of materials including glass, fibrous cement and exposed concrete create a modern scheme in keeping with the redevelopment of the area.
