Priority Schools Building Programme 2

As part of Phase 2 of the Priority Schools Building Programme (PSBP2), we have been appointed by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) to provide architectural consultancy for a number of schools and sixth form colleges in the Thames Valley region. PSBP2 is a nationwide capital projects programme for delivering major rebuilding and refurbishment across schools and sixth form colleges.

Work includes: validation of initial scoping studies; examination of site information and recommendations for further survey requirements; school stakeholder liaison to inform parameters and constraints of initial project brief; preparation of feasibility studies and assessment of options; and the formation of the strategic brief to inform procurement strategy for D&B Contractor Framework Tendering.
