Located on the site of the former Browning Jones & Morris builders’ merchants near Cardiff Central station, the 14,783m² mixed-use development includes 206 apartments, communal dining facilities, residents’ lounge, fitness centre, bike club space and 6,700 sq ft of ground-floor retail space.

Ranging in height from eight to 12 storeys, the buildings are designed as ‘a family of contemporary warehouses’ to reflect the site’s industrial heritage. A simple material palette comprising of precast concrete, brick and anodized aluminium, have been selected to knit the new development into the local context.

Located at the heart of each block is a communal landscaped courtyard. On the 8th floor, overlooking Dumballs Road, roof terraces provide further outdoor amenity space.
