Plevna Crescent

Plans for housing scheme resubmitted

30 September 2024

Plans for Plevna Crescent in north London have been resubmitted. Originally approved in 2017 for 72 homes, the new planning application proposes 119 homes. After revisiting the design, in consultation with the local authority, we’ve added nine storeys across the four proposed buildings.

The concept at the core of the original scheme has been retained with four lightweight pavilions ‘floating’ above a stone plinth formed of gabion walls, which help ground the scheme in the surrounding landscape. Over time the walls will be inhabited by local wildlife, bringing nature and ecology into the development.

We’re proud that our revised plans balance increase housing provision with environmental sensitivity, creating a sustainable living environment that aligns with Haringey’s evolving urban context. The development is tenure blind with the affordable housing being delivered in collaboration with Haringey.
