Olly leads a team with a residential focus, testing the boundaries with innovative housing typologies. Olly’s in-depth knowledge of all aspects of residential accommodation through all RIBA Work Stages is invaluable to the practice. Olly fosters knowledge transfer within his team and promotes continued learning amongst his team members.

Olly has been responsible for many of the most complex projects within the studio. Whilst his in-depth construction and detailing knowledge brings value to designs in the early stages of development, his ability to resolve complex interfaces within buildings in an efficient way brings added value throughout the design process.

Olly is currently delivering a new build mixed use office and residential scheme in Haringey, with very complex planning and land designation issues, and a new build estate regeneration masterplan of 250 units in Berkshire.
