People / David Ayre
David has a broad range of experience across sectors having worked on multiple large-scale residential and education schemes, as well as smaller community-focused projects and one-off houses.
David’s in-depth knowledge of local and national planning policies has been an invaluable asset to the practice, as he has successfully guided a number of highly contentious projects through the system where others failed.
He has taught, lectured and judged throughout his career, including being panel member for the RIBA ‘Guerilla Tactics’ event and a Local Authority ‘facilitator’. Until recently he was Vice Chairman of the North-East Hampshire Design Review Panel for the past 12 years and is now focusing his attention on raising design quality within our local environment.
