Housing Design Awards

Three projects shortlisted!

30 March 2021

We’re thrilled to have three projects shortlisted for the Housing Design Awards.

Currently on site, Cemex House is a restoration and conversion of Ted Cullinan’s Grade II* listed scheme into a later living village with 79 apartments and a variety of recreational facilities.

Completing later this year, Bartholomew Street regenerates a key site in Newbury town centre to deliver 60 apartments for later living alongside communal facilities, concierge services, guest accommodation and retail.

Gorse Ride in Wokingham, which recently received unanimous planning approval, will deliver 249 low-energy homes. This exemplar proposal for affordable and social tenure-led development will transform the estate into a place local people can be proud of.
