HORSHAM WORKS SET TO START IN OCTOBER

Congratulations to Lovell as the first phase of works at the former Novartis Pharmaceuticals site in Horsham, West Sussex, is set to begin this October. The development will deliver 206 new homes, with 35% provided as affordable housing.
Transforming the 2.72-hectare site into a new residential-led neighbourhood, the masterplan is designed to connect to the surrounding countryside and Horsham town centre.
This project is shaped by the site’s historic context. The retained tower of the 1930s Art Deco commercial building forms the focal point, with new residential buildings designed to complement the heritage asset.
Having secured planning permission for this scheme, we are pleased to see works now progressing.
