Fit Out Complete!

We have been working closely with Highways England to develop their office methodology, inspire alternate methods of working, provide staff facilities that encourage social activities away from desks, and deliver more agile working environments.

The recently completed Maidstone office provides 2,000m2 of workspace for up to 250 staff across three floors of an existing building, located in a developing commercial and retail park. The design of the space has been developed closely with Highways England, establishing a clear and simple design concept while also working with their own internal design guide and end-user focus groups.

The office provides three large kitchen and dining areas and a variety of flexible working spaces, varying from 30-person project hubs, to informal break out areas. Folding partitions give flexibility to large spaces, while small 1 and 2 person pods cater for quiet individual work. High specification internal finishes such as acoustic walnut ceilings and solid surface worktops are used in communal areas to enhance the quality of space and create a lasting professional aesthetic.
