Oak End Way

Scheme gets Green Light

20 February 2018

Planning has been granted for this 32-unit residential development at the heart of the much sought-after commuter town of Gerrards Cross near London.

The 5-storey scheme responds to the local context and uses a robust palette of highly-detailed grey brickwork with a contrasting lightweight metal cladding on the roof extension. Articulation and movement is created across the façade through recessing windows and introducing an undulating parapet line around the building perimeter.
