In today’s evolving workplace landscape, fostering an environment of respect and inclusivity isn’t just good practice — it’s essential for organisational success.
Last week, we welcomed Heidi Wadsworth from Reality HR to lead a workshop with our management team on Dignity at Work, prompted by changes to the Worker Protection Act 2023, building on the Equality Act 2010.
Using practical case studies around bias, stereotyping, protected characteristics, discrimination, bullying and harassment, Heidi helped spark meaningful discussion which allowed us to candidly explore the culture we continue to enhance at Ayre Chamberlain Gaunt. Together, we developed actionable strategies for both team members and clients.
We look forward to Reality HR’s follow-up session with our entire team in the coming weeks. By championing dignity and respect throughout our organisation, we’re not only adapting to legislative changes but strengthening our position as a workplace where our team genuinely want to build their careers.
