Bronze Tops Out

Wandsworth, London

16 August 2019

This week we celebrated the topping out of Bronze, a 20-storey mixed-use development in Wandsworth. The Bronze-clad landmark, which forms a major part of Wandsworth’s regeneration scheme, was ‘crowned’ by Cllr Ravi Govindia CBE and Santhosh Gowda, Chairman of Strawberry Star Group.

Located in the heart of Wandsworth on Buckhold Road and adjacent to the 55-acre King George’s Park, Bronze offers 77 luxury new homes, including one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, and three-bedroom duplexes, arranged across three distinctive bronze towers of 11, 18, and 20 storeys. The area around Bronze is being transformed with new public squares, shopping parades and pedestrian links.

Cllr Ravi Govindia, said, “Bronze is an important addition to the Wandsworth Town regeneration plan and local housing delivery. It is encouraging to note that they have a strong development pipeline in the UK and are investing in communities. This is a great example of further regeneration and investment in the borough through this new residential space. Wandsworth Council is working with a number of partners to deliver huge improvements to our town centres, and this impressive development meets our ambition for the regeneration of this area.”
