David acts as the Practice Director and is responsible for the day to day management of the practice including finance, HR, premises and BIM/CAD. He has a broad range of experience across sectors having worked on multiple large-scale residential and education schemes, as well as smaller community-focused projects and one-off houses.

David’s in-depth knowledge of local and national planning policies has been an invaluable asset to the practice as he has successfully guided a number of highly contentious projects through the system where others failed.

David takes a keen interest in the improvement of the built environment. He is Vice Chairman of the North Hampshire Architects Panel and chairs a steering group focusing on the quality of local urban design. He is also a visiting critic at the University of Portsmouth.
